The mission of Mid-State Regional Airport Authority is to be a catalyst for economic development activities in the Moshannon Valley and the counties of Centre and Clearfield. To accomplish this mission, the airport must increase airport utilization and establish avenues for potential growth.
This growth must consider: services to residents and businesses, concerns of residents and businesses, and cooperation with state agencies (e.g., Bureau of Parks and Recreation, the Bureau of Forestry, Department of Environmental Protection).
The Public Relations Committee and & Crosswinds of Mid-State Airport Goals: To promote and facilitate the enjoyment of aviation while repecting and fostering use of the surrounding state park and forest land.
This Mission will aid in providing a better quality of life for residents of central Pennsylvania.
